The James River Advisory Council is committed to uniting communities along the James by promoting the river as a common resource, while working to preserve its environmental health, beauty, heritage, economic vitality and recreational value. JRAC serves as a forum for the many diverse issues and challenges along the James in Central Virginial. JRAC sets a tone for positive relationships between many public and private organizations.
